Convenient Search Options

TechHelper offers two search capabilities, giving you the power to search the content of the TechHelper website and the ability to search within documents:

  • Web Page Search: Use the Search box on the top of the screen to search words on the pages, links, etc. To find the new features in Intelligent Series 5.5, for example, by typing “IS 5.5” in the Search box at the top of the screen. The results provide links to recorded webinars you can watch, along with links to PDF documents.
  • File Search: If you want to learn more about MergeComm’s Auto Dispatch Conference options, for example, type “auto dispatch conference” in the Search box at the bottom of the TechHelper screen. You’ll find links to a wide range of PDF documents.
