1Call Web Agent is a web browser-based telephone agent interface that offers simplified installation and maintenance, which is especially helpful for remote operators. 1Call Web Agent is compatible with most modern web browsers and enables agents to process multi-channel calls via desktop computers, laptops, tablets, and smartphones. The application is now compliance-tested by Avaya for compatibility with Avaya Aura® Session Manager 8.1 and Avaya Aura Communication Manager 8.1 via SIP Trunk.
