1Call Customers Are Invited to the 2023 Leadership and Training Seminar
Registration is now open for our 17th Annual Leadership and Training Seminar which will be held at the Madison Concourse Hotel in downtown Madison, Wisconsin on Tuesday, September 26 through Thursday, September 28, 2023.
This year we are excited to welcome keynote speaker Eliz Greene! Eliz is ridiculously excited about stress. Why? She survived a heart attack at age 35 while seven months pregnant with twins which has propelled Eliz on a mission to share her story to inspire other busy people to pay attention to their health.
Eliz is an author and writes a top health and wellness blog. She was named as a Top Online Influencer on Stress and Heart Health; and has appeared on CNN, PBS, Lifetime, TNT, and many national and local news programs. She is a national spokesperson and advocate for the American Heart Association, and organizations such as NASA and CVS have used her strategies to reduce workplace stress.
Attendees will learn how to use our enterprise-wide clinical communication software to streamline communications throughout their healthcare organization. They will also have an opportunity to exchange ideas with other healthcare communications professionals, as well as speak directly with our Implementation staff, Software Developers, Project Managers and Field Engineers.

Register by July 14, 2023, to take advantage of the Early Bird Rate. Early Bird tickets are only $160 per attendee + tax and fees. After July 7, 2023, the price will increase to $265 per attendee + tax and fees. The ticket price includes admission to the seminar for all three days, lunch and dinner on Tuesday and Wednesday (a boxed lunch is available for all attendees on Thursday, the last day of the seminar), and an optional tour of Amtelco on Thursday (bus provided). At the end of the tour, the bus will stop at the Dane County Airport, and travel back to the Concourse Hotel.
Please note the seminar ticket price does NOT include the price of the hotel room. Attendees can reserve their rooms at The Madison Concourse Hotel. The cost for the hotel room is $174 + tax per night. This rate includes a hot breakfast buffet beginning at 6:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (September 26-28). The room block closes Friday, August 25, 2023.
This seminar is open only to representatives of healthcare systems, hospitals, and clinics. Customers can register via our invitation email.
